The District Distance Education Committee (DDE) is committed to student learning and assists faculty, staff and the District in providing quality and innovative distance education to our students

The DDE will serve the function of communicating and advising the District in its decision-making regarding Distance Education issues. It reports to the Council of Academic Affairs, and should also include the Distance Education Coordinators from each College, Distance Education Faculty and Administrators from throughout the District, and at the District level, and should also include staff and administrators involved with curriculum, information technology, and Distance Education course development and delivery.

The DDE addresses Distance Education efficacy as it relates to the total instructional program.
